At CORALA Advisory, Paulo provides commercial, financial, and strategic advisory for real estate and infrastructure projects.

Prior to CORALA Advisory, Paulo spent four-and-a-half years working in KPMG's Infrastructure and Deal Advisory Practice, building a career advising public and private sector clients on some of the most significant transactions in the United States and Australia.

Working across both countries as commercial and financial advisor to state governments, universities, and private capital, Paulo has been involved in major transactions totaling more than US$2 billion. Recent experience includes engagements for the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Stony Brook University, California High Speed Rail Authority, and Massachusetts Department of Transportation in the United States, as well as Western Sydney Airport, DevelopmentWA, and Property and Development NSW - in Australia. Across these engagements, Paulo has advised on transaction structuring, procurement strategy, and stakeholder negotiation for complex infrastructure and real estate projects.

Before joining KPMG, Paulo worked as an analyst at FRP Capital, an A$80 million private equity fund, where he was involved in the acquisition, development, and management of neighborhood shopping centres. This early experience gave him a grounding in real estate fundamentals, from asset selection through to hands-on portfolio management that continues to inform his advisory work today.

Paulo holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and a Master of Commerce in Finance and Management from the University of Western Australia.
